UNLEASH THE POWER OF TRAVEL FOR CLIMATE ACTION

6-10 OCTOBER 2025

EXCLUSIVE INVITATION

In October 2025, the world’s most innovative leaders of destination marketing are gathering in New Zealand for an immersive event addressing tourism’s climate impact and taking an exclusive look inside a destination where the green transition is well underway.

Destination Think is hosting its next Forum in Queenstown. This invitation-only event will bring together a small group of leaders committed to harnessing tourism’s unique position to benefit communities and our planet.

Forum 2025 is not a sustainability conference. It is a rare opportunity to take on-site tours of innovative tourism businesses, to learn from leaders already experienced with climate challenges and to start building your destination’s path to better tourism. While the event’s value far outweighs the emissions of flying to New Zealand, we encourage each attendee to invest in capturing the carbon equivalent to the trip.

QUEENSTOWN, NEW ZEALAND

THE PERFECT SETTING:
RENOWNED FOR ITS BOLD CLIMATE AMBITION, INNOVATION, MāORI CULTURE, AND ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERSHIP.

Forum is five days of on-the-ground experiences, working sessions, presentations and discussions to foster collaboration.

Essential topics include:

  • Installing electrification and circularity in destinations,
  • Addressing climate impacts of aviation,
  • Unleashing tourism-enabled environmental restoration,
  • Influencing systemic and policy changes to activate visitors.

This invitation-only event will bring together
a small group of leaders committed to
